Congratulations
Moni and Thorsten are already third time in Melka Hotel and this time they celebrate their honeymoon with us.
Moni and Thorsten are from Brake/North Germany and visiting Melka Hotel frequently since 2008 to enjoy a great holiday with our dolphins. We from Melka Hotel Bali wish a long and happy life together for Moni & Thorsten.

Grand Opening |

Finally our new Restaurant at Melka Excelsior Hotel - Lovinais opened.
3 month ago we start to tear down the old Ganesha Restaurant and finally after 3 month building we are ready to serve our guests in our complete new restaurant. A few weeks later the new SPA on the 2nd floor of the new restaurant building will be also finished and ready to relax our guests. |

Children study tour from the singaraja kindergarten was held today at Melka Excelsior Hotel. Every year at school holiday time melka Excelsior Hotel invite all the children to watch the dolphin and the animal park at Melka Hotel.
This month almost 1000 children from kindergarten and schools around entire Bali vistited the Melka Hotel to learn about the animals and watch the dolphin show. |

2009 Lovina drawing & writing contest |

In August 2008, Melka Excelsior Hotel, The Lovina Pages and the Rotary Club of Lovina planned to publish an illustrated book in full color which informed children how to conserve the coral reefs in Lovina and to educate them about marine life. Around 50 beautiful drawings and 15 exciting stories were collected over a period of month. On Sunday, May 17, 2009 the participants gathered in the Melka Excelsior Hotel for their drawing and wiriting contest 2009. Melka Excelsior Hotel entertained the children with a dolphin show and animal circus and after the program it was time for the final event when the committee handed prizes to all children who came during the day. All where very happy and enthusiastically took their prizes. |

Melka starts to demolish his Ganesha restaurant and the Pool Bar to built a complete new poolside restaurant with new kitchen and new interior and a new fruit & juice bar. On top of our restaurant on the second floor we will have a new Spa and a small pool for relaxation on the balcony overlooking the Melka Hotel area.

| Melka Excelsior Hotel - Lovina/Bali offered a free educational tour for 250 children from the Lovina area. Elementary and kindergarten students joined in this activity along with their parents and teachers. Dolphin shows, animal circus and a walk trough the famous animal park pleased the children and their companions. |
